APP Group in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead B2B and Local MT channel sales across Semarang. You will engage with hypermarket and supermarket partners, analyze market trends and shape sales strategies.

The role requires a strong FMCG background, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 2–6 years’ experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to be based in Central Java (Semarang) is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required.
• 2–6 years of experience in related FMCG/key account roles.
• Familiarity with Hypermarket, Supermarket and Local Modern Trade channels.
• Proficiency in creating sales reports and Microsoft Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, & maintain B2B Customer, hypermarket, supermarket, Local MT channel in region to achieve sales target.
• Support sales forecasting and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable business solutions.
• Research potential accounts and follow up sales leads actively.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain and expand customer database within assigned area.
