Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Customer Service Agent - Travel Account in Indonesia to handle flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel itineraries across phone, email, and chat.

You will assist customers with payments, ticket changes, and refunds, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and coordinate with airlines and partners to resolve issues while meeting service targets.

Qualifications

• Handle inquiries about flight bookings, cancellations, and itineraries across phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with modifications, refunds, and related travel requests.
• Provide accurate fare, policy, and schedule information.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel itineraries through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, ticket changes, refunds, and other travel-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about fares, baggage allowances, travel policies, schedules, and booking conditions.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally while aiming for timely solutions.
• Assist customers with payments, booking confirmations, and other transaction-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Meet established customer service targets (response time, satisfaction, quality, attendance, resolution).
