Job summary

Tarumanagara Foundation is seeking an accounting professional to manage fixed assets, perform depreciation, capitalization, and reporting. You will handle asset reconciliation, ensure accurate postings, and prepare monthly asset reports.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a 3.00/4.00 GPA, at least 1 year of experience, and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Knowledge of fixed assets (journal entries, AR, AP, reconciliation).
• Familiar with full accounting cycle and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, value, and report fixed assets.
• Operate fixed asset module in ERP systems.
• Prepare monthly asset addition reports and depreciation calculations.
• Maintain asset administration and documentation.
