Reload Sanctuary in Bali is seeking a highly driven Fitness Consultant to join our Personal Training sales team. You will meet with members, conduct consultations, and prescribe PT solutions to help clients achieve results.

This is a sales-focused role where you will present and sell high-value Personal Training packages, close deals, and contribute to revenue targets. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

Reload Sanctuary is looking for a highly driven Fitness Consultant to join our Personal Training sales team.

The primary purpose of this role is to generate Personal Training revenue by meeting with new and existing members, conducting professional fitness consultations, identifying their goals and prescribing the right Personal Training solution.

This is a sales-focused position. The successful candidate must have proven sales experience, strong closing ability and the confidence to present and sell high-value Personal Training packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations with new and existing Reload members
• Understand each client’s goals, training history, lifestyle and challenges
• Prescribe a Personal Training plan based on the client’s individual needs
• Present and sell Personal Training packages
• Achieve and exceed monthly PT sales and revenue targets
• Follow up with prospective clients and close outstanding opportunities
• Build strong relationships with members and identify PT opportunities throughout the club
• Match new clients with the appropriate Personal Trainer
• Ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process once the sale is completed
• Maintain accurate records of consultations, follow ups, conversions and sales performance

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is exceptional at sales.

Candidates must have previous sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, overcome objections and confidently close.

Previous experience selling Personal Training, fitness, wellness, luxury services or other high-value services is preferred.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, competitive, professional and comfortable working toward clear revenue targets.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in fitness and helping people achieve results.

Compensation

Base salary: To be determined

• 5% commission on Personal Training packages under 24 sessions
• 10% commission on Personal Training packages of 24 sessions or more

Commission is percentage-based and tied directly to Personal Training sales performance, giving strong earning potential to high-performing consultants.
