This role involves selling gym memberships and fitness programs to prospective members, managing leads, and building relationships with clients to support business growth in the fitness industry.

Key responsibilities

• Offer and sell gym memberships or fitness programs to prospective members
• Follow up on leads through phone, chat, or face-to-face meetings
• Provide explanations of products, facilities, and fitness programs to prospective customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with members to increase retention
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Manage data of prospective and active members accurately
• Conduct promotional activities, both online and offline (events, booths, etc.)
• Help provide good customer service experience to clients
• Collaborate with operational team and personal trainers to meet member needs

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3/S1 preferred, any major (especially sports, marketing, or communications)
• Experience in sales/marketing or fitness is a plus
• Good appearance, neat, and confident
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and able to work with sales systems
• Strong interest in fitness and healthy lifestyle
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Willing to work shift system, including weekends and holidays
