Job summary

PT Predmet Construction Group seeks a Fire Alarm & EVAC Site Supervisor for the Cemagi Residence project, a 5-storey apartment/hotel building in Cemagi, Badung, Bali. The role includes supervising installation, testing, and integration of Fire Alarm and EVAC systems.

Applicants should show proven experience with Fire Alarm systems, EVAC/Voice Evacuation, and both conventional and addressable fire protection. Certification such as SKK Teknisi Fire Alarm ME032001 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Fire Alarm System installation and commissioning.
• Understanding of EVAC/Voice Evacuation System.
• Understanding of conventional and addressable Fire Alarm systems.
• Understanding of SNI, NFPA and EN54 standards.
• Preferably hold active SKK Teknisi Fire Alarm ME032001 or other relevant certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect design, layout and specifications of Fire Alarm and EVAC System.
• Direct and supervise company labour during the installation process.
• Ensure cable installation, detectors, speakers, modules, panels and all devices are installed to standard.
• Inspect hidden work before ceilings or walls are closed.
• Perform or supervise termination and connection of all devices.
• Perform programming of Fire Alarm and EVAC System.
• Integrate Fire Alarm with EVAC/Voice Evacuation System.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and commissioning.
• Ensure all zones, detectors, speakers, microphones and control panels function correctly.
• Prepare inspection checklist and test report.

PT Predmet Construction Group is seeking a Fire Alarm & EVAC Site Supervisor for the Cemagi Residence project, a 5-storey apartment/hotel building with 107 units in Cemagi, Badung, Bali. All Fire Alarm and EVAC/Voice Evacuation equipment is provided by the company, as is the labour for cable pulling and physical installation.

Key responsibilities

Inspect design, layout and specifications of Fire Alarm and EVAC System

Direct and supervise company labour during the installation process

Ensure cable installation, detectors, speakers, modules, panels and all devices are installed to standard

Inspect hidden work before ceilings or walls are closed

Perform or supervise termination and connection of all devices

Perform programming of Fire Alarm and EVAC System

Integrate Fire Alarm with EVAC/Voice Evacuation System

Perform testing, troubleshooting and commissioning

Ensure all zones, detectors, speakers, microphones and control panels function correctly

Prepare inspection checklist and test report

About you

Proven experience in Fire Alarm System installation and commissioning

Able to lead and direct installation teams in the field
