Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Head Office) seeks a Partnership Supervisor to grow and manage collaborations across the payments ecosystem, including banks, PSPs, QRIS, and platform partners.

You will lead sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and commercial agreements, monitor performance and pricing, and work with Product, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to stay aligned with BI/OJK regulations. 3 years of fintech/payments experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3 years of experience in Business Development/Partnerships within fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with banks, PSPs, aggregators, QRIS, VA providers, acquirers, and platform partners.
• Lead partner sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor partner performance, pricing, MDR, revenue share, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and stay updated on BI/OJK regulations and market trends.
