You will recruit participants, manage screeners, assist in survey deployment, and help build dashboards and reports while learning how AI tools can enhance insights in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in a relevant field.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and similar data tools.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with structured problem-solving ability.
• Experience with research documentation and data tabulation is preferred.
• Interested in consumer behavior, market research and data analysis.
• Curious about AI tools to improve research efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end research execution, including recruitment and coordination.
• Create and manage screeners and select participants based on criteria.
• Assist in survey deployment, review responses and ensure quality.
• Help develop research reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Contribute to market and competitive research to understand trends.
