Ajaib Group is seeking a Customer Insights Intern to support end-to-end research across investment products and customer segments in Indonesia. You will assist with participant recruitment, screeners, and scheduling while helping produce reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates with strong data skills, research curiosity, and an interest in financial markets. This is a fast-paced, fast-growth fintech environment in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate from relevant fields.
• Comfortable with data using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working with research documentation, data tabulation, and research-related operational tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end research execution, including participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, and appointment coordination, output documentation.
• Create and manage participant screeners based on research requirements.
• Identify, prioritize, and coordinate users based on relevant customer segments and research criteria.
• Support survey deployment, respondent review, and basic survey quality checks.
• Assist in understanding customer behavior, needs, pain points, motivations, and product usage.
• Support the development of research reports, dashboards, presentations, and other research outputs.
• Support competitive and market research to understand market trends and competitive dynamics.
