GoTo Group is seeking a Data Analyst Intern for the GTF Lending Operations team in Jakarta. You will work at the intersection of data and daily operations, ensuring teams have the information they need to run smoothly in a fast-paced consumer lending environment.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, learn how data drives operational decisions, and develop practical technical skills in a supportive setting during your final semester or as a recent graduate.

Qualifications

• Currently in final semester of university or a recent graduate.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, data entry).
• Strong interest in data analytics and BI.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.
• Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.
• Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.
• Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.
• Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.
