Job summary

Ryt Bank is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to safeguard regulatory integrity with independent oversight and forward‑looking insights. The role partners with Management, the Board, business units, and regulators to enable responsible innovation and sustainable growth.

You will monitor developments, maintain trackers, and lead compliance reviews, training, and engagements with authorities, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and alignment with BN regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to interpret, apply, and operationalise regulatory requirements for banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across levels of the organisation.
• Experience engaging regulatory authorities and/or a regulatory agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight to Management and the Board on regulatory compliance posture.
• Advise on interpretation and applicability of regulatory requirements; guide actions to meet expectations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Business Units to support new products and initiatives.
• Establish and review compliance policies and procedures for regulatory alignment.
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain up‑to‑date regulatory trackers.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for Management Committees and the Board.
• Deliver trend analyses and forward‑looking regulatory insights.
