Job summary

PT Brokeret Fintech Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of brokerage clients from go-live and throughout the engagement. You will detect risks early, keep systems healthy, and coordinate the right teams to act when issues arise.

You will monitor health checks, run reviews, manage incidents, drive cross‑functional improvements, and maintain dashboards and SLAs for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, operations, or technical account management in fintech/financial services.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and integration workflows.
• Clear communicator who can manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship for an assigned set of brokerages after handover from onboarding.
• Regular health checks and structured reviews covering platform, connectivity, and operations.
• Coordinate incident management and drive resolutions with defined owners and timelines.
• Capture client feedback and track change requests with product/engineering.
• Maintain dashboards, SLAs, and concise status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
