Job summary

IBMC is hiring an Account & Success Manager for an international Marketing & PR agency client. You will bridge international clients with internal delivery teams, manage account health, handle inquiries, and participate in discovery meetings.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or customer success within Marketing/PR or fintech/financial services, with strong English and CRM/tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations in Marketing/PR or fintech/financial services.
• Must-have experience with fintech, securities/brokerages, trading platforms, or capital markets.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to participate in discovery calls and handle client inquiries on the spot.
• Experience using CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and project tools (Asana/Monday.com).
• Demonstrates high ownership over client outcomes and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for international fintech/securities accounts and execute tailored success plans.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings with prospective clients and translate needs into agency solutions.
• Serve as first responder for day-to-day client inquiries and escalations with fast, accurate resolutions.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and translate sales promises into delivery workflows.
• Monitor account health and conduct MB/Rs to identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with PR, content, and media teams to ensure compliant, high-quality campaigns.
