Job summary

PT Brokeret Fintech Solutions is seeking an onboarding lead to manage end-to-end client setup from signed agreement to trading-ready operations. You will coordinate across product, engineering, compliance, and payments to deliver a tested, working configuration that scales with client needs.

The role requires hands-on experience onboarding brokerages or fintechs, with MT5/cTrader configuration, KYC/AML workflows, and strong cross‑team communication to keep projects on scope and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience onboarding brokerages, fintechs, or trading platforms.
• Knowledge of MT5/cTrader configuration, trading account models, and liquidity concepts.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures and payments onboarding workflows.
• Strong project coordination, clear technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable with APIs, data mappings, testing, and working across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

You will take new brokerage clients from signed agreement to trading-ready operations, coordinating across product, engineering, compliance, and payments to deliver a working, tested setup.

What you'll own

• Run end-to-end onboarding projects: scoping, timelines, and handover checklists.
• Design account structures, margin/leverage rules, and instrument mappings for trading platforms.
• Configure and test platform instances (MT5, cTrader) and related integrations.
• Manage KYC/AML intake and issue-tracking with Compliance; elevate when necessary.
• Coordinate payment setup, test transactions, and settlement checks with Payments.

A typical week

• Kick off a new client onboarding and gather business, tech, and compliance requirements.
• Produce configuration documents and deliverables for engineering and platform teams.
• Oversee platform UAT, run test accounts and fund flows, and resolve defects.
• Review pending KYC items and follow up with clients or Compliance for remediation.
• Liaise with engineers on API integrations, data mappings, and deployment schedules.

What we look for
