Handle financial statement consolidation, company budget planning and management, and financial data analysis
Prepare English financial statements and bilingual financial analysis reports
Manage cross-border capital flows, including planning and implementing compliant channels for the legal repatriation of Indonesian company profits to Hong Kong
Implement dividend distributions, repayment of principal and interest on shareholder loans, and cross-border technical/management service fees
Provide business support and ensure cross-departmental process closure
Conduct asset and loss control and identify and resolve process gaps across departments
Handle local tax compliance and conduct overall tax-related monitoring
Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and process closure
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Finance Management, or a related field
More than 3 years of financial work experience in large or medium-sized enterprises
At least 2 years of financial management experience in a local Chinese-funded foreign-invested company (PT PMA) or within the retail/trading industry in Indonesia
Knowledge of Indonesian local tax regulations and customs matters
Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian
