TalentGo in Jakarta is seeking a Finance Leader responsible for directing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring timely reporting, tax compliance, and strong internal controls. The role will build and drive FP&A functions from scratch to support management decisions.

You will lead month-end closes, safeguard assets and inventory, implement policy SOPs, and deliver insightful analysis on profitability and budgeting.

Competenze

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a Manager/Assistant Manager position.
• Accustomed to leading a team of 5 or more people (from admin to supervisor level).
• Proficient in preparing consolidated financial statements, corporate budgeting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
• Possess a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and compliance.
• Highly proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Financial Modeling).
• Proven track record in developing subordinates' capabilities, improving team morale, and fostering work accountability.
• Possess business acumen to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations for management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, monitor, and optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual book-closing processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements.
• Oversee and ensure accurate recording and valuation of ending inventory balances and company assets.
• Implement strict internal controls, financial policies, and SOPs to minimize financial risks.
• Oversee and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, tax reporting, and audit processes.
• Establish and operate the FP&A function from scratch, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Present comprehensive analysis on product/sales channel profitability, COGS, production budget efficiency, and margin optimization to support management decisions.
• Manage, mentor, and improve the performance of Finance Supervisors and Accounting Supervisors.
• Provide coaching to the team on task delegation, time management, and leadership skills to eliminate operational barriers.
• Evaluate and reorganize team workflows to ensure a balanced workload distribution between Supervisors and administrative staff.
