PT LIXING LABOUR SERVICE is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee daily financial operations, manage corporate cash flows, and serve as a key reporting bridge between local management and Chinese headquarters (HQ).

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily financial transactions, manage disbursement processes, monitor liquidity, and ensure precise tracking and forecasting of corporate cash flows.

Prepare timely periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) and lead financial data alignment, reconciliation, and reporting with Chinese HQ and executive management.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations, verify supporting documentation (invoices, receipts, tax records), and maintain rigorous accounting accuracy.

Manage corporate bank accounts, handle banking relationships, oversee credit facilities, and streamline daily treasury operations.

Assist with corporate tax compliance, facilitate internal and external audit preparation, and ensure alignment with statutory regulatory requirements.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2–3 years of solid professional experience in Finance or Accounting roles.

Fluent in Mandarin (Written & Spoken) for regular business, technical, and financial communications with internal Chinese stakeholders and HQ.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).

Hands-on experience with major ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., Kingdee, SAP, Accurate, or Yonyou).

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, treasury management, bank reconciliation, and basic local tax regulations.

High professional integrity, sharp attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
