Job summary

PT LIXING LABOUR SERVICE seeks a Finance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee daily financial operations and manage cash flows, serving as a bridge between local management and Chinese HQ.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or related fields, 2–3 years of finance experience, Mandarin fluency, and strong Excel/ERP skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in finance or accounting roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken) for internal/external coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial transactions and disbursement processes.
• Monitor liquidity and forecast corporate cash flows.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and align data with HQ and executives.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with tax compliance and audit preparation.
