This role supports daily finance operations, reconciliations, ERP data entry, and tax reporting in a dynamic team. Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance who are detail-oriented and capable of managing time

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of Finance/Accounting experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting, banking flows, and Indonesian tax fundamentals (PPh 21/23/26, PPN).
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and ERP/accounting software experience (e.g., Odoo, MS Dynamics).
• Detail-oriented, honest, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and process AP/AR payments.
• Verify invoices, reimbursements, and cash advances with supporting documents.
• Handle daily bank mutations, reconciliations, and general bank administration.
• Record daily financial transactions into the accounting/ERP system.
• Assist with tax reporting (PPh & PPN) and maintain records for audit compliance.
