We are recruiting a Finance Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. As Finance Staff, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our financial department whilst helping to maintain the highest standards of financial accuracy and compliance. This role is essential to supporting our organisation's financial health and strategic decision-making processes.
Preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and journals in accordance with accounting principles
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Supporting the audit process by compiling required documentation and providing necessary financial information
Recording and categorising financial transactions in the accounting system
Responding to financial inquiries from internal stakeholders and providing supporting documentation
Assisting with tax compliance activities and preparation of tax-related documentation
Performing general administrative tasks related to financial operations
Supporting the finance team with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required
Handling the registration, administration, and monthly reporting for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Competent use of Microsoft Excel and other office software applications
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
A methodical approach to work with a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow established procedures
Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Familiarity with healthcare or medical industry accounting is advantageous
