Job summary

BRAC UP Global Graduation Initiative Indonesia (BRAC UPGI Indonesia) seeks a Finance Specialist to manage financial operations, payroll, and compliance for the country programme based in Jakarta. The role collaborates with Indonesia programme teams, global Operations and HR, and external service providers to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory adherence.

The position reports to Senior Manager Administration and focuses on payroll processing, tax compliance, and donor-funded financial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, payroll, or similar role in NGO or donor-funded programme.
Good understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure analysis.
Experience with donor financial management and reporting, and partner financial reviews.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Office financial management and reporting, including bank accounts, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Payroll management and statutory compliance, including tax and social contributions.
Country budget management support, forecasting, and donor reporting.
