Job summary

BIGHOT RESTAURANT INDONESIA in Jakarta is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to manage invoices, payments, and tax-related tasks. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting or Taxation and strong Excel skills.

You will record transactions, prepare journal entries, and assist with tax administration (PPh 23, PPh Final 4(2), PPh 21), while maintaining organized documentation and supporting broader finance activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax administration.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 23, PPh Final 4(2), PPh 21).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.

• Manage and monitor royalty, delivery fee, and commitment fee invoices and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Record financial transactions and prepare accounting journal entries.
• Assist with tax administration, documentation, and reconciliation (PPh 23, PPh Final 4(2), and PPh 21).
• Maintain organized financial and tax documentation.
• Support other finance, accounting, and tax administrative activities

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related fields.

Good understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and tax administration.

Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PB1.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and a good team player.

Previous experience in Finance, Tax, or Accounting is preferred.

Experience in the F&B industry is a plus!
