Job description

Faxtor’s Finance & Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing financial operations, accounting records, financial reporting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and tax compliance. This role ensures accurate financial data, effective cash flow and budget monitoring, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations to support efficient business operations and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Strong understanding of financial transactions, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow management, and Budget vs. Actual monitoring.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, Final Income Tax (Article 4 Paragraph 2), Corporate Income Tax, and VAT (PPN).
• Experience in preparing tax invoices, withholding tax slips, and filing tax returns through Coretax.
• Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software such as Jurnal.id or Accurate.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
