Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Finance Manager to spearhead the establishment of finance operations in Indonesia. You will build the finance department, implement policies, and create systems to support growth and objectives.

Responsibilities include establishing operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and leading a high-performing team. The role requires 8–10 years in finance with 4+ years in management and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or related field).
MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
8–10 years in finance, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record establishing finance operations from scratch (Big 4 experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
Strong leadership and team management skills; develop high-performing teams.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Establishing Finance Operations: lead building finance policies, procedures and systems from scratch.
Financial Reporting: oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
Cash Flow Management: monitor liquidity to support growth.
Financial Analysis: identify trends, risks, and opportunities for senior management.
Tax and Compliance: ensure compliance with tax laws; coordinate with auditors.
Team Leadership: manage and mentor finance professionals.
