Job summary

Ajaib Group is seeking a Finance Operations Staff (Contract) to ensure accurate and timely financial operations and support scalable cash flows as we grow in Indonesia. In this role you will monitor cash flow, manage cash operations, and help develop strategies to improve efficiency while maintaining strong controls.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable financial data for reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ year of treasury, finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry is a plus.

• Manage cash operations and prepare cash flow forecasts to support business needs.
• Support the development of cash management strategies to improve efficiency and mitigate financial risk.
