PT DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk is seeking a Finance Specialist to monitor store and operations financial performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights for management. You will drive close processes, cash controls, and cost optimization while collaborating with Accounting, Tax, and Operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Admin and at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or operations finance, with proficiency

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Commercial Finance, or Operations Finance.
• Retail or multi-site operations experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, financial analysis, cost management, and financial controls.
• Experience in month-end closing, journal processes, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Cash management and operational financial controls experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with Finance and Operations teams.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI or financial reporting tools are a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze store and operations financial performance including sales and profitability.
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial performance reports for management.
• Analyze performance and variances; identify drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reviews, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency via automation and data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage month-end closing journal process at store level including posting and reconciliation.
• Monitor cash pick-up and cash exchange activities for proper controls.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Procurement, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and follow up on audit findings.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Work with Store Operations to ensure accurate recording and documentation of sales, cash, and expenses.
• Assist financial evaluation of new store openings, relocations, closures, and network optimization.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Operations and stakeholders with data-driven decisions.
