Job summary

SYNMEDIA is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day financial operations, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while coordinating with banks, auditors, and external service providers.

The role requires a degree in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. English is preferred; Mandarin is a plus for our diverse team and growing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a similar financial management role.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, bookkeeping, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate recording.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Prepare and review regular financial reports including income statements and cash flow.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial service providers.
