Job summary

CV SINERGI STRATEGIS SOLUTIF is seeking a Finance Executive to own cashflow forecasting and drive budgeting discipline. You will serve as the maker for all corporate payments, ensuring three-way match documents are verified and payment schedules prepared for final ownership release.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Budget. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Accurate accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) strictly in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in Corporate Finance, Budget, or FP&A.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience reading and extracting analytical reports from Accurate accounting software.
• Deep understanding of the Maker/Checker workflow and segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cashflow forecasting and enforce budget adherence.
• Act as the dedicated maker for all corporate payments and prepare payment schedules.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial reports and analyze variances.
• Investigate discrepancies to identify root causes and implement structural solutions.
• Flag unfeasible budget requests to maintain sustainable growth.
