Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Finance Operations Lead in Indonesia to oversee daily finance operations, budgeting, accounting, and tax compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, 4+ years in finance operations, and 1–2 years of leading a team.

You will collaborate with HQ on tax matters, FP&A, and regulatory filings while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
• 4+ years of finance operations experience, preferably in logistics/e-commerce fulfillment.
• 1–2 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (including E-Faktur, E-Billing, SPT Unification, E-Filing, E-SPT, Withholding Article 21/22/23/26, CIT and VAT).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: Brevet A and B certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations, optimizing driver, client and vendor payments and collections; identify operational gaps for improvements.
• Support budgeting process with country director and FP&A, maintain budget controls and spending tracking.
• Handle month-end closing activities and prepare monthly analysis including country P&L, balance sheet and cash flow; prepare monthly management reports.
• Assist with statutory compliance tasks including audits and tax filings; liaise with government authorities.
• Collaborate with tax team on matters including compliance, transfer pricing, tax audits, and tax provision and planning.
• Lead junior team members and develop their financial knowledge and tools.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
