Job summary

Lalamove is hiring a Finance Operations professional to strengthen our Jakarta finance function. You will support budgeting, month-end close, and regulatory reporting for our growing regional operations.

As a leader in the team, you will manage junior staff, ensure PSAK compliance, and partner with HQ and local management on financial planning and process improvements. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance with 4+ years in finance operations.
• 1-2 years of experience leading a team in finance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (E-Faktur, E-Billing, SPT Unification, E-Filing, E-SPT, Withholding Article 21, 22, 23, 26 and 4(2), CIT and VAT).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Brevet A and B certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations under the Finance Manager.
• Assist budgeting process and deviation analysis.
• Handle month-end closing and create monthly analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Ensure compliance with PSAK in day-to-day accounting.
• Support statutory tax filings and tax reporting.
• Develop and coach junior team members.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
