Job summary

PT. LALAMOVE LOGISTIK INDONESIA in Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead daily finance operations and optimize payments and collections.

You will support budgeting with the country director and oversee month‑end closings, tax filings, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with 4+ years in finance operations, 1–2 years in team leadership, strong Indonesian tax knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance with at least 4 years of finance operations experience, preferably in a logistics/e‑commerce fulfillment environment.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience leading a team; experience from the same industry or public accounting is a plus.
• Good understanding of the Indonesian taxation system (E‑Faktur, E‑Billing, SPT Unification, E‑Filing, E‑SPT, Withholding Article 21, 22, 23, 26 and 4(2), CIT and VAT).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace; strong English communications.
• Nice to have Brevet A and B certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations, optimizing driver, client and vendor payments and collections.
• Assist budgeting with the country director and FP&A liaison, tracking spending against the approved budget.
• Lead month‑end closing, prepare country P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analyses, and monthly management reports.
• Support statutory compliance tasks including tax filings and audits.
• Develop junior team members and perform ad‑hoc finance tasks as needed.
