Job summary

Titan Infra Energy Group in Tangerang Banten is seeking a Finance Officer to join our growing finance team. This full-time role maintains financial integrity and reporting accuracy, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

You will support invoice control, handle vouchers and documents, assist with reconciliations, and communicate with internal and external parties. A degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of experience are required.

About the role

Titan Infra Energy Group is seeking a Finance Officer to join our growing finance team in Tangerang Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting accuracy of our organisation. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making across the business. This role is fundamental to our ability to operate efficiently and maintain stakeholder confidence in our financial position.

Key responsibilities

• Provides support to invoice control procedures
• Provides initiatives and help to maintain financial transactions, i.e. payment voucher, receipt voucher, invoice & supporting documents
• Provides support to finance team in accord with reconciliation procedures, create debit note, data maintenance, etc.
• Maintain communication with internal and external parties
• Provide ability to adapt with changes/alterations in the future; relevant within financial transactions

What we’re looking for

• Qualification in accounting or finance, such as a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a financial accounting or bookkeeping role
• In depth knowledge corporate finance skill and proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines during peak periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
