Qualifications

• Verify payment and receipt documents for completeness, validity, and accuracy; ensure authorization per the company's authority matrix.
• Process payments to vendors and related parties according to the payment schedule; confirm amounts and bank details with supporting documents.
• Monitor funds received in company bank accounts; reconcile receipts and resolve unidentified payments.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow reports; ensure transactions are recorded accurately for management decisions.
• Calculate, remit, and report income tax and VAT; ensure tax obligations comply with regulations and support audits.
• Prepare periodic reports on outstanding payments and supplier BG instruments; follow up to resolve delays.
• Administer corporate insurance, including policy renewals and claims; ensure assets are adequately insured.
• Archive financial documents and records securely; maintain confidentiality and easy retrieval.
