Job summary

PT Bina Mitra Indosejahtera mencari Finance Manager – Operational untuk mengawasi keuangan operasional proyek konstruksi. Tugas utama meliputi pengendalian biaya, analisis arus kas, dan pelaporan keuangan multi-site.

Kandidat harus memiliki gelar di bidang akuntansi/keuangan, 5–8 tahun pengalaman, kemampuan Excel dan ERP, serta kepemimpinan dan negosiasi yang kuat. Peran ini menuntut integritas, akurasi, dan mobilitas untuk traveling ke lokasi proyek.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan atau terkait.
• Minimum 5–8 tahun pengalaman di Keuangan/Akuntansi, dengan 2–3 tahun berada di posisi manajerial.
• Pengalaman di sektor konstruksi, infrastruktur, EPC, pertambangan, atau perusahaan berbasis proyek lebih disukai.
• Keahlian kuat dalam manajemen arus kas, budgeting, cost control, AP/AR, pelaporan keuangan, dan perpajakan.
• Pengalaman mengelola keuangan operasional proyek/site dan arus kas multi-site.

Finance Manager – Operational

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory position.

Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, mining, or project-based companies is preferred.

Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, cost control, AP/AR, financial reporting, and taxation.

Experienced in managing project/site operational finance and multi-site cash flow.

Able to monitor Budget vs Actual and identify potential cost overruns.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

High integrity, accuracy, and strong financial control mindset.

Willing to travel or be assigned to project/site locations.
