Job summary

PT Varnion Technology Semesta is seeking a results-driven Finance leader to oversee Billing, Collections, Revenue Assurance, Treasury and Asset Management in Jakarta. You will ensure accuracy of revenue, manage cash flow and lead an expanding Finance team to optimize working capital.

The role focuses on establishing strong internal controls, policy compliance, and data-driven decision support for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/audit/tax from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience including a managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in telecom/ISP industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Finance operations covering Billing, Collection, Revenue Assurance, Treasury & Asset Management.
• Ensure effective billing, receivables management, collection, and working capital.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking activities, and payment planning.
• Ensure revenue accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee company asset management.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and risk management within the assigned functions.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, monitor KPIs and performance, and drive process improvement and automation.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to management to support business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Provide support on other finance-related initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc assignments as required by management to support the achievement of the company's objectives.
