Job summary

Peoplyee in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee corporate accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for its manufacturing operations in Cikarang. You will manage revenue accounting, A/P, banking, and MIS, while guiding a 3–4 person team and drive internal controls.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, VAT and tax returns, import documentation, and coordinating with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within machinery, heavy equipment, or capital equipment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including Value-Added Tax, withholding tax, and Corporate Income Tax.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, working capital management, and monthly management reporting.
• Experience handling import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with external auditors.
• Experience managing banking relationships.
• Experience in statutory reporting and direct and indirect taxation.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide the required financial data and clarifications.
• Manage working capital, vendor-related accounting, purchasing transactions, and banking activities.
