Job summary

Peoplyee in Cikarang is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee general accounting operations, manage monthly closings, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will lead a team, coordinate audits, monitor tax obligations, and implement stronger internal controls while collaborating with internal divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Accounting Assistant Manager in electronics/automotive industries.
• Experience using an enterprise resource planning system.
• Strong knowledge of income tax and value-added tax; Brevet A and B is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Available to join as soon as possible; willing to work in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed asset management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor monthly and annual tax obligations and review tax exposure for compliance.
• Support internal and external audits, including tax audits, statutory audits, and Bank Indonesia reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
• Participate in physical stock-taking for fixed assets and reconcile with accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to collect accurate data and support financial reviews.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure performance meets competencies and objectives.
• Perform other accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned.
