Job summary

Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Cikarang to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting for the site. You will lead the accounting team, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors while ensuring compliance with Indonesian standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and about 5+ years in manufacturing, with cost accounting experience preferred; CVs in English only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Supervisor-level or above experience.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and team management skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Cost accounting experience preferred.
• CVs must be in English only.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Supervise accounting team and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets and income statements).
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Handle general ledger maintenance and month-/year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Support cost accounting activities related to manufacturing operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
