Job summary

PT Wiselie International Solutions is seeking a finance leader to manage treasury, budgeting, and financial strategy, while guiding end-to-end accounting operations and tax management. You will mentor Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams and coordinate audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis, providing data-driven insights to optimize costs and drive growth across divisions such as Sales, Supply Chain, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Brevet A & B required (Brevet C is a plus).
• 4-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including 1-3 years in a managerial role.
• Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, or High-Volume Distribution is strongly preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Accurate, etc.).
• Proven track record in end-to-end financial reporting, cash flow management, tax planning/audits, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounting operations, AR/AP management, monthly/annual closings, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Plan taxes (VAT, Income Tax), manage audits and disputes, and monitor regulatory updates.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR.

Job description

Manage cash flow, liquidity, annual budgeting, and financial analysis (margins, profitability, cost efficiency) while providing data-driven insights to support business growth and cost optimization

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, AR/AP management, monthly/annual closings, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with local accounting standards (SAK) and internal controls

Direct tax planning, ensure timely tax filings (VAT, Income Tax), handle tax audits, restitutions, and disputes, and monitor regulatory updates

Lead and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams

Coordinate internal/external audits

Partner across divisions (Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) to align financial plans with operational goals
