Kota Baru Parahyangan seeks an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and controls for our large township project in West Bandung. The role emphasizes integrity, disciplined oversight, and strong team leadership, with base in Kota Baru Parahyangan, Padalarang.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in senior finance roles within property development, and excel in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance Manager, Assistant Manager Finance, Finance Section Head or equivalent.
• Experience in property development is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow, payment, collection, AR, AP, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly committed to integrity.
• Willing to be based in Kota Baru Parahyangan, Padalarang - West Bandung.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
