Job summary

Captain Barbershop is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple store locations in Jakarta. The role covers general accounting, cost control, reporting, A/R, A/P, and payroll, with emphasis on internal controls and cash handling.

You will lead and develop the finance team, monitor cash flow, coordinate with auditors and banks, and prepare budgets and forecasts. A senior background in finance with ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and cash management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero).
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
