Job summary

PT Sejahtera Sama Kita seeks a Finance Team Leader to oversee the full-cycle accounting, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. The role partners with commercial and risk teams to provide financial insights and drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.

The candidate should have 5–7 years in finance, strong PSAK/to tax knowledge, and fluency in Indonesian and English to coordinate with head office and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Brevet is a plus.
• 5–7 years progressive finance/accounting experience with 2+ years in consumer finance or digital lending.
• Strong understanding of OJK framework and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Deep PSAK and Indonesian tax knowledge; proficient Excel; experience with automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting: GL, AR/AP, fixed assets; produce monthly/quarterly/annual statements per PSAK.
• Deliver timely financial reports and management accounts to head office, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Ensure accurate corporate tax filings (PPh Badan, PPh 21/23/26, VAT) and coordinate with tax advisors.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting, partner with commercial/risk/product teams, monitor KPIs, drive improvements.

Job description

What you will do

1. Financial Management & Reporting
   • Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset management.
   • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and group policies.
   • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and management accounts to head office, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.
2. Tax Compliance & Planning
   • Ensure accurate and timely calculation, filing, and payment of all corporate taxes, including corporate income tax (PPh Badan), withholding taxes (PPh 21/23/26), and VAT (PPN).
   • Coordinate closely with external tax consultants/agents for tax filings, tax planning initiatives, and tax authority audits.
   • Stay abreast of changes in Indonesian tax regulations and ensure full compliance while optimizing the company's tax position.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Audit Coordination
   • Serve as the primary point of contact with OJK (Indonesia's Financial Services Authority) for all regulatory reporting, business plan submissions, and audit-related matters.
   • Lead the preparation and submission of OJK-mandated reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
   • Act as the key liaison for internal and external audits, preparing supporting documentation, responding to auditor queries, and ensuring smooth audit processes with minimal findings.
4. Business Partnering, Budgeting & Performance Monitoring
   • Partner closely with commercial, risk, and product teams to provide financial insights on new product pricing, credit policies, funding structures, and business cases.
   • Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial targets.
   • Monitor and analyze the correlation between key business drivers and financial performance, providing actionable insights to management.
   • Drive process improvements and system automation to enhance finance function efficiency.

What you need to have

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or Brevet certification is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 -7years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in the consumer finance, multi-finance, or digital lending industry. Big 4 audit firm experience is highly preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of OJK regulatory framework and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and liaison with OJK.
4. Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
5. Proficiency in accurate and advanced MS Excel. Experience with system implementation/automation is a plus.
6. Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken) for seamless communication with head office, local regulators, and external stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
