Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Group's financial management system and internal controls at the Indonesian factory.
• Guide TMF outsourcing team in financial and tax work and review deliverables.
• Regularly report financial status, major events, and risk warnings to CFO.
• Assist with budget preparation and data collection for consolidated statements.
• Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Review payment applications and control costs.
• Cooperate with the Group's audit and external accounting firms.

Job description

Finance Manager reporting to the General Manager of Huanyu Indonesia Factory and functionally to the Chief Financial Officer of Jiangsu Huanyu Group. As the sole interface between the Indonesian factory and the Group's finance department, you will implement the Group's financial management system, approval processes, and internal control requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Group's financial management system, approval processes, and internal control requirements
• Guide the TMF outsourcing team in their financial and tax work and review their deliverables, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and periodic tax returns
• Regularly report the financial status, major events, and risk warnings to the Group's Chief Financial Officer
• Assist the Group in completing budget preparation and data collection and reporting required for consolidated financial statements
• Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and foreign exchange transactions
• Review various payment applications and control cost rationality
• Cooperate with the Group's audit and the annual audit work of external accounting firms

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting and finance
• Degree recognized in Indonesia (if Indonesian citizen) or degree certified by the Chinese Ministry of Education (if Chinese citizen)
• 5+ years of financial work experience, including at least 2 years as a finance supervisor/manager in a manufacturing or foreign-invested enterprise
• Proficient in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, able to independently complete full-set accounting and tax filing
• Proficient in using accounting software such as Kingdee
• Proficient in using Office software
• Familiar with the basic framework of Indonesian labor law and social security system
• Understanding of Indonesian culture, religious customs, and business etiquette
• Good communication and coordination skills
