• Cost accounting and cost variance analysis; optimize cost control systems.
• Handling general ledger accounting including voucher review and intercompany reconciliation.
• Preparing comprehensive budgets and establishing financial targets.

Job description

Key Requirements：

1、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Financial Services, Business English, Business Administration, or related fields;

2、CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or equivalent, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments;

3、Strong sense of responsibility, willing to embrace challenges, and able to work under pressure;

4、Excellent communication skills, team player, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities：

The trainee will be assigned to areas such as Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Management, or Budget Analysis, based on their strengths and career interests. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• 1、Cost accounting and cost variance analysis; optimizing cost control systems; managing financial costs and conducting value analysis;
• 2、Handling general ledger accounting, including voucher review, account settlement, intercompany reconciliation, and account reconciliation; ensuring standardized accounting procedures and data accuracy;
• 3、Preparing comprehensive budgets and establishing financial targets across all areas.
