Finance & Controlling Trainee - Your future position?

You will be part of local Finance team to manage a wide range of finance and controlling activities. You will be working closely with Financial Accounting & Tax Manager and various stakeholders to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Main responsibilities

• Manage month end closing for Indonesia.
• Working closely with controller on SAP contract settlement.
• Prepare account analysis for group and statutory reporting.
• VAT, WHT and Corporate Income Tax Filing.
• Assist in checking of compliance with internal procedure and controls.
• Support for audit activities (external and internal).
• Support to GBS in troubleshooting related to General Accounting.
• Participating in Finance-related projects as assigned (e.g. integration activities of acquired companies, Capex project management, SAP roll out in affiliates, government or tax scheme renewal process, etc).

Your professional profile includes

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting or any relevant program
• Possess 3-6 years of relevant working experience
• Fluent in English, local language a plus
• SAP FI/CO is a must
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to relocate for overseas assignments during the Management Trainee Programme and relocate permanently upon successful completion of the programme.
