Job summary

You will engage in cost analysis, ledger tasks, and budgeting, developing core financial competencies and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Financial Services, Business English, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• CET-6 or equivalent with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Trainee will be assigned to Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Management, or Budget Analysis based on strengths and interests.
• Cost accounting and cost variance analysis; optimize cost control systems and manage financial costs.
• Handling general ledger tasks including voucher review, intercompany reconciliation, and data accuracy; standardize procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive budgets and establish financial targets across areas.

Key Requirements:

• 1、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Financial Services, Business English, Business Administration, or related fields;
• 2、CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or equivalent, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments;
• 3、Strong sense of responsibility, willing to embrace challenges, and able to work under pressure;
• 4、Excellent communication skills, team player, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

The trainee will be assigned to areas such as Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Management, or Budget Analysis, based on their strengths and career interests.

Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• 1、Cost accounting and cost variance analysis; optimizing cost control systems; managing financial costs and conducting value analysis;
• 2、Handling general ledger accounting, including voucher review, account settlement, intercompany reconciliation, and account reconciliation; ensuring standardized accounting procedures and data accuracy;
• 3、Preparing comprehensive budgets and establishing financial targets across all areas.
