Job summary

Ayana Bali, Indonesia, invites an experienced finance professional to join as Director of Finance. You will lead financial operations within a premier luxury resort, ensuring accuracy in reporting, governance, and internal controls.

The role requires collaboration across departments and a hands-on approach to budgeting and forecasting. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, hotel or luxury resort experience, and proficiency in SAP, OPERA PMS, and Symphony POS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years’ of experience in the same position.
• Experience in a hotel or luxury resort is a plus.
• Strong accounting operational and analytical skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of tax accounting (PPN, PPH 21, PPH 23, etc.).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DOF in maintaining SOPs and policy across divisions.
• Provide leadership in the absence of DOF.
• Review monthly financial reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for accuracy.
• Lead periodic audits to ensure compliance and internal controls.
• Assist and review the monthly closing process.
• Authorize tax and supplier payments and ensure compliance.
• Assist DOF in budgeting and monthly forecast.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments.
• Review, create and update SOP.
• Conduct training and perform other duties as required.
