Job summary

Accor is seeking an accounting professional in Jakarta to support AP and expense claims, vendor onboarding in SUN Systems and invoice processing through Concur. The role covers budgeting, month-end and year-end closing, audit and tax compliance, and process improvements across finance teams.

With 3–5 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Excel, you will contribute to data accuracy, confidentiality and cross-department collaboration in a multinational hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Concur and SUN Systems is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AP, GL and audit processes.
• Strong knowledge in Excel.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST is an added advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environment.
• Able to write and communicate in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support AP and expense claim activities for lounge operations, including vendor onboarding in SUN Systems and invoice processing through Concur.
• Assist with budgeting, month-end and year-end closing, audit and tax compliance, and finance process implementation.
• Provide finance-related support to operational teams and ensure accuracy, compliance and financial integrity.
