Job summary

Accor is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Hotel Operations in Indonesia. The role partners with the Head of Finance Hotel Operations to oversee country hotel finance teams, ensuring transparency, compliance, and strong internal controls across onsite and offsite activities.

Responsibilities include analyzing hotel performance and collaborating with management to drive improvements, including pre-opening projects. Strong accounting background and CPA preferred are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience in the hotel industry, in a senior level finance position with leadership.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned country hotel finance teams and ensure financial transparency.
• Adhere to Group guidelines and internal controls; support on- and offsite.
• Analyze hotel financial performance and drive improvements with management and hotel teams.
