Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and long‑term planning from our Jakarta head office. You will partner with business leaders, provide strategic financial insights, and present performance to the Board.

The role requires 10+ years in senior finance management, CA/CPA preferred, and a strategic, detail‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Willingness to travel and base at Head Office in Jakarta are essential.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required in finance, accounting or economics.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior finance managerial role with business partnering exposure.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support business decisions.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee taxation, treasury, cash flow, banking, and borrowing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage external auditor relationships.
• Monitor and improve financial systems, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Payroll, Treasury, and Accounting functions.
• Conduct risk management and maintain a strong financial control framework.
• Analyze tenders, pricing, margins, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to increase revenue and reduce costs.
